The overall look and feel of the hotel was fresh and exciting, and our room was spacious and very accommodating. The interiors were stylish, resembling those found in upscale boutique hotels. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our stay. However, we did have an issue with noise from neighboring rooms, which affected our sleeping experience a bit.

I was seriously blown away! Check-in was a breeze, and Chris the valet was super friendly. The room? So comfy, even had a fever and was chillin' like it was 5 stars. Room service guy made it feel fancy even in my room. Only bummer was the coffee shop’s hours could be better.

Enjoyed our 5-night stay in the Premier King Room with City View. The stunning view impressed us! However, the linens lacked the luxury touch expected, and housekeeping didn't quite meet our standards. Remember to inspect room amenities upon arrival to ensure a smooth experience.

The dining options felt lacking. the on-site bar presented a limited menu with few vegetarian choices, leaving diners with fewer appealing options. Additionally, there was confusion regarding the hotel entrance and valet parking, with no clear signage indicating where to go especially for first-time guests.

We spent three nights in a Premier King Room with a fantastic city view, and I loved how spacious the room and bathroom were. The hotel has a lovely pool and a great spa, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Had a super comfy king room with elegant decor. The bathroom was huge with a giant walk-in shower and separate toilet space. Loved the low-key night lights. Staff were warm and attentive, especially at the coffee shop where I got a tasty mocha. The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful too!
